Old time mountain man taking his winters work to Rendezvous.
Headin' To Rendezvous 50"L12"W18"H ed./25
I was inspired to do this piece by my great Uncle Jack. He was a trapper for the Hudson's Bay Company in British Columbia before there was hardly any population here. He kept me and my brothers and sisters mesmerized with his stories of being on his own in the wilderness thru the harsh winters with only his faithful dogs to keep him company. This sculpture depicts the travel to Rendezvous where they traded their winters catch on the traplines.
